She stayed behind her cards, struggling not to giggle.

((I'm seeing this in my head. Do you think Casy would mind if I kissed her sweet fella right now.))

Echo moved closer. "I'll tickle you..." he said.

[Eternal Werecat, Aunty Jess]

She scooted back. "Echo..." Casy said with a smile.

Echo shifted halfway(human with cat eyes, ears, tail and teeth), his eyes dancing. "Yes?"

She laid down her cards, starting to stand up. "No you don't..." Casy warned, fighting not to smile and failing.

Echo put his cards down, his twitching tail the only warning...

Casy glanced at his tail by instinct. Mistake.

Echo pounced, pinning her down playfully. "Got you!"

She laughed, then shrieked as he began to tickle her. She wiggled around, trying to escape but to no avail.

10 minutes later she hooked her legs around his waist and twisted them in a martial arts move that flipped them over. Casy shifted to lioness form, large paws holding his hands above his head. She leaned her head down, nuzzling his cheek and panting slightly. > Pinned ya.<

Echo grinned, shifitng fully to Tiger and huffed happily. He licked her cheek.

She slipped back, sat down and ducked her head.

((Think nala after simba and she meet again and she pounces on him. Now I'm prolly gonna have to watch that movie... and cue Elton John's "can you feel the love tonight" playing in my head...)

Echo shifted into a lion and padded over to her. What's the matter? he asked.

((I decided to have him only be able to shift to big cats. :D he can learn the others. Cast doesn't know this: He was a science experiment. His parents gave him up, were killed and he was tested on.))

Echo grinned. And I look pretty handsome too! he said, posing.

Casy stood and stalked around him. >I agree,< she purred. She trailed her tail over him.

Echo kept his eyes on her, a low growl rumbling up. It had no malice though.

Casy shifted and stood, she held her hand to her chest. "Oh no, a big ferocious lion, whatever am I going to do?" She said with mock distress, smilling.

Echo eyed her solemnly. He shifted and stood, then blinked. "Casy... Err, you really mean a lot to me. Really, I'd like it if we were more than friends. If you'd like.." he said steadily.

Her smile dropped off her face at his serious tone. "I'm not sure I know what you mean."

Echo squirmed inwardly. "I mean, I'd like it if you and I were boyfriend and girlfriend." he said. Great going...

She backed up against the wall, head spinning. "Like boyfriend and girlfriend..." Casy echoed.

Echo nodded hesitantly. "Yeah."

"I... I..."

A spark in Echos eyes dimmed. "Ifs okay, you can leav If you want."

"No, no, no. I... my head is just spinning..." She closed her eyes, mentally kicking herself.

"Sit down then." echo saod.

She sucked in a ragged breath, her eyes shooting open. "Do you see them? The black spots?"

Casy fainted.

Echo slowed down time and caught her, then speeded it back up.

Still out of it, she cuddled close to his chest.

Echo kissed her forehead gently.

Her eyelids fluttered as she slowly began to revive. She looked up at Echo. "Did I faint?"

Echo nodded. "Yeah, are you okay?" he asked.

[Eternal Werecat, Aunty Jess]

"Yeah." She titled her head back slightly, unknowingly putting her lips inches from his.

Echo bit his lip. "Sure?" he asked.

"I think so. I just lost my breath for a minute." He could feel the vibration of her words on his mouth.

Echo couldn't keep his eyes off her lips, the shape of the almost perfect O it made. He blinked. "Casy, about what I told you, before you um... Fainted, I mean it."

She furrowed her brow. "I don't quite remember."

Echo nodded patiently. "I said," he took a breath before continuing."I like you a lot. Like more than a friend, and I'd like it... Alot if you went out with me." he said quietly.

She shifted her neck, bringing her lips even closer as she looked into his eyes while she tried to gather her thoughts.

Echo's mind raced. Do it; No, don't. You kissed her before, just do it. No. DO IT!

"If I... went out with you?" He could feel her lips moving she was so close.

"Yeah." Echo said, two pink spots on his cheeks starting to redden.
