Could I get a little assistance in disambiguating author Chris Smith?

(1)Chris Smith is a jumble.

I found (2)Chris Smith and made (3)Chris Smith, but the rest need some more research, and I'm not sure if I'll have time all by my onesies. Please post back here if you make another profile, or put the links to the books that you determine belong together.

I was thinking that there may be people who still have this thread set to notify them, thereby being better targeted.

Every author with a common name could be a project at virtually any given time.
