I have wi fi and my nook color has always updated itself. I usually get an 'n' where I would notifications. It shows up with in a week of BN announcing new software. This time its been atleast two weeks and no update. Anyone else have this problem?

I know that it is aside from the point that it hasn't updated itself yet, but you can do it manually or just drop by a BN and they will do the update for you.When they first announced it, it was only for manual updating. Then they slowly started releasing it out to the masses (they learned their lessons with servers crashing from over usage in the past). I don't know if the release of it has gone fully global or not yet.
My tablet did its update so sneaky, I didn't even know it had done it. But it did, I have absolutely no idea when it happened though.
I waited a week until after the announcement for the update and then went ahead and followed the instructions to manually install it. It was simple and painless. Or you can go to B&N and they will do the same thing for you.
I have a Nook Color I don't have the update yet. I even tried to manually update it and it won't work. I manually updated it myself last time with no problem. My nearest B&N is an hour away so I hope I don't have to go there for it. ;-(
I never received it and I know that now it has been at least close to 4 weeks. I ended up manually doing it myself. I do like all the new features. They are fairly amazing. I don't know why but the picture quality looks better.
I ended up manually doing it. I like it a lot, but now my email update constantly even though I set it up to update once an hour. I like the way lendme works now.
