Thirst No. 1 question

Yes great series! I was reading this series back in the 90's when I was in high school. Now in my 30's I have reread it and love it all over again. THe reason I am so into it is cause I read all female authors 90% of the time, so I love the tone that Pike brings out as a male author.

I read the first 2 books in Thirst No 1 and actually enjoyed it. I think I will be going through the entire series in time.

Me too, they are very different from the, now, popular vampires. It is more of what you really envision vampires doing.

I LOVE LOVE this series i cant put the book down i miss so much of my work because i get caught up in the book.

In 2009, all 6 of the series were published in 2 volumes. Thirst No1 actually contains the first three books. I think this is one of the best vampire series and I love the strong female lead character.

i love the myths and the way the describe god in the books

Ive read thirst No 1 and cant wait to get number two but i havent been able to find it yet but so fare i love it : )

The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice and this (back when it was called The Last Vampire) were the start to my obsession with vampires, which has deteriorated thanks to today's vampires.
I do, kind of, remember the ending being really sad though.

I have all three thirst volumes. I haven't had the chance to read them all yet. But I have read tw first one an I adored it.

I loved Thirst.No. 1 but I'm unsure whether to continue with.the series because I am very disappointed in Thirst No. 2, which I an reading now.

You guys know they're making this into a movie, right?
