As a Catholic, I agree with the premise of this book.

However, as a Catholic, I disagree with the presentation of this premise. Long titles and summaries written almost exclusively with the caps-lock key on are not likely to get any results other than ridicule and scorn.

I have a feeling that this 600+ page book probably could have been stated more concisely if the author (who presumably has been led by the Holy Spirit) had attended a seminary school, complete with philosophy and theology courses. She would probably have become aware of the existence of a 16-page book called Humanae Vitae (Of Human Life) that both summarized and prophesied succinctly this same message.

Another book I'd recommend on this topic would be Why Humanae Vitae Was Right. In the 40 years since HV was published, this has been proven true.

My intention is not to quench the fire of the Holy Spirit, but rather to direct that fire to positive heat (rather than scorched earth).

For the record: it's not just the summary written in all caps. With the exception of the Biblical quotes (pulled from biblestory.org, I guess she didn't feel like retyping them), the entire book is written that way, with the addition of random punctuation thrown in for what seems to be good measure:

"GOD HAS SHOW ME: THE ACT OF BIRTH CONTROL IN OUR> CHRISTIAN MARRIAGES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS: > HAS RESULTED: >IN THE LOST OF THE TRUE EVERLASTING SALVATION OF JESUS CHRIST: EVEN THE IMAGE OF GOD TRUE HOLINESS: > OF IMAGE OF GOD AND JESUS CHRIST IN US..."

disagree if you cannot handle a kid you shouldn't have to .
and in this world there is no guarantee that the kid would be catholic. it the same with abortion i agree
