best links for PR, marketing and promotions of books

This was a neat concept done recently on goodreads of giving a free online raffle of your book(s). I had never heard of rafflecopter.com before.
Which brings me to my new subject on adding your best links for PR marketing and promotions of books. There is so much out there now. What gives you the most bang for your buck?

I've come across a couple of great blogs while trying to promote my book. I've started guest blogging on this site:
