I'm reading THE JEFFERSON KEY right now, but have already started DIARY OF A SMALL FISH. Hoping to be done w/Jefferson Key by this weekend, then dive head first into small fish!

I'm desperately trying now to write a chapter every day. Tomorrow I'm actually off from work (four procedures got cancelled so we rotate having to take a vacation day when crap like this happens), so I hope to catch up on writing.

Arrrgh. I've delayed reading past chap. 3 in DOSF, and am also lagging behind in finishing JEFFERSON KEY, but that's because hey..I'm writing more! Finishing everything in last bit of m.s.

Joey, don't feel bad. When I am drafting I don't read at all. period. I find that reading not only takes time away from writing but the style of the author I am reading can leech into my ms.
