Issues with multiple formats of the same book

The Cloud Roads by Martha Wells has several issues. The ISBN-10 listed for the most common edition, the paperback from Nightshade (2011), is incorrect and is listed as a truncated form of the ISBN-13. This is causing the Amazon.com link for the title to be invalid. When I tried to change the ISBN-10 to the correct one per Amazon, I am told that that ISBN is already in use on Goodreads. When I searched to see what it is being used for, it is listed as belonging to the Kindle format of the book, which is incorrect. So both formats are muddled up, and I can not get the system to allow me to set things straight.
