Hi everyone,
I really appreciate your interest in Walking in the Deep End!
I have a question for you that will help me decide on some topics for upcoming radio shows, webinars and workshops.
Do you see the connection between in-authentic living and problems such as depression, suicide, eating disorders and bullying? If so, Do you think it would be interesting to hear more about ways to tear down the barriers to the "real me"... ways to live to a life that demonstrates more of a concern for originality and reality than appearances and stereotypes? One that challenges you to be you-- and not just any version....but your best version?
Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Susan
