Combining Books (different editions)

Hi!
So, I noticed the Spanish version of Visitation wasn't available, so I went to "add edition" and created one: Una casa en Brandenburgo. I had to change the title to the one translated in Spanish. Unfortunately, the edition I created doesn't show up in the "other editions" of the "main" one Visitation.
What should I do? Combine them?
