Imran Ahmad (imranahmad) | 3 comments Dear Goodreads,

I am Imran Ahmad, the author of:

- 'The Path Unimagined' (one edition)

- 'Unimagined' (several editions)

- 'Bocah Muslim Di Nigeri James Bond' (one edition)

Unfortunately, these three distinct books have been combined into one. Whilst there are several editions of 'Unimagined' -- and it's okay to combine those -- the other two books are distinctly different. 'The Path Unimagined' is a VERY different book from 'Unimagined'. 'Bocah Muslim Di Nigeri James Bond' is an Indonesian version which has different content, due to the challenges of translating British humour and concepts. It is clear from some of the Indonesian readers' comments that irony does not translate very easily -- they are taking many ironic statements as literally true.

Please can you separate these books, so that the reviews apply to the appropriate book.

Thank you.

Regards,

Imran Ahmad

Imran Ahmad (imranahmad) | 3 comments Hi Luisa,

Thank you.

'The Perfect Gentleman' is a significantly different book from 'Unimagined', so should not be combined with it.

Regards,

Imran

Even if "significantly different", if they are translations of the book or a revision of the book, they should be combined, as per Goodreads policy.

I recombined them all, except "The Path Unimagined", which appears to be an altogether different book.

Please separate "The Perfect Gentleman". It is a new and altogether different book, a different approach with different material.

It is quite clearly a revision of the earlier work.
