Same book Different Names

Guidance please!

Don't ask me why, but I am working on Evelyn Anthony Books. What I have found id that she has several books that have completely different names but are indeed the same book.

1. No Enemy But Time aka A Place to Hide
2. Avenue of the Dead aka The Plumed Serpent
3. The Grave of Truth aka The Janus Imperative
4. The Occupying Power aka Stranger at the Gates
5. The Malaspiga Exit aka Mission to Malaspiga
6. The Persian Ransom aka The Persian Price

Books 5 and 6 I don't have too many qualms about combining but what about books 1 - 4? Combine or not???

If they're the same book, combine 'em up! A lot of times titles change for reprints or different countries....
