Change edition

First please excuse my bad english :)
Then, I wanted to know how can I change the book's edition that appears on the writer's profile.

Here's an exemple:

Here, see the second book? It's in Persian while Emmanuel Schmitt is a french writer so I wanted to put the edition that appears on his profil in french language.
Can I do this? and how?

The edition shown is the most popular edition, there isn't a way to change that.
