Ugh. You're kinda right. :/ Then what they should do is just require a physical examination by a doctor saying they are healthy. Not have a BMI requirement, but make sure they are healthy. They wouldn't need to fire as many models then.

*Snaps back into reality.* Well you could have it self-published. There is this new author who I met in Waterstones. *He signed the book I bought from him!* He did all the publishing himself. He has a website and his blog is hilarious to read *in my opinion*, especially the part where he tries to do his own trailer for his book. *It fails in almost every way possible.*
