Stephen Muires | 1 comments Finding an editor is one of those frustrating dilemmas that a writer faces. In fact, it's so daunting I never even seriously tried. Wouldn't it be great (I thought) if I just had a literate friend with lots of time on his/her hands? With good taste? With courage to express harsh views? Who worked for fun, not for money?

Yes, that would be great...

So I searched around. And gave up. The pricing is impossible. The "good" ones (by reputation) are not even offering their services, for any money.

Now, years later, I have set my self up to be that critical friend-editor:

Marius Hancu | 1 comments Hi,

I am both an author and an experienced freelance editor.

Re The Tau Ceti Diversion
I provided developmental editing, line editing, and proofreading for this Sci-Fi novel, represented now by a top NYC agency, and which was launched on Sept 1, 2016, by Severed Books at Amazon.

A testimonial from the author, Chris McMahon (Australia):

"Marius provided invaluable help with my manuscript. He has particular strengths on the grammatical side which were of great help to me.

He also provided a lot of encouragement and inspired me to lift my language to a new level, searching for new and more unusual word choices.

Marius also provided excellent feedback and suggestions at the broader level, giving excellent notes and commentary following an initial structural edit. All I all, Marius' help and assistance was invaluable to me, and I found him supportive and generous with his feedback, which was always considered and balanced. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Marius to any writer for their project. "

Please contact me in e-mail: diosper2 at yahoo dot com.
