Do you think another war/rebellion will happen? Plutarch was saying how their could be another war because "we are stupid, fickle beings with a great mind for self-descruction"

well, this question led me look it up, and it would appear that in human history, there's pretty much never been a time w/ no war. so, yeah, I'd say it's inevitable. but, I think the folks of panem have probably had their fill for the time being, at least.

Honestly, no. Plutarch said that it worked for their ancestors (Us) and we haven't had an uprising. So I don't think another rebellion will happen between the capitol and districts
