I am deleting this as you can read it at ProHealth.com and I may be that I should not put it here. I keep forgetting to tell Hugh that nadh could cause gout. thanks for the info Ingrid.

there are many good documents like this at ProHealth.com. But most of the supplements there are NOT for the highly allergic like me. They contain salicylates.
