hi guys! i really had a nice time last saturday! it was nice to meet all of you! :)

Sige, eto na ang minutes ng Virlani Outreach for your consideration and approval:

Good Points:
*enough food for everyone
*more than enough funds (maraming nagpledge)
*Spirit of volunteerism
*maraming newbies
*we were able to accomplish what we need to do, and that is to share our books with others and made them happy
*and many more na hindi ko na na-note

areas for improvement:
*not so good and not enough space for venue
*everybody is talking kaya maingay
*less interaction with the teens so suggestion is to play Human Bingo for introduction
*Hindi nasunod ang program dahil na din sa venue
*Give more time for planning and have a Plan B
*COme to venue one hour early para makapag-usap pa ng kelangang gawin
*add another committee for set-up for close coordination with the foundation
*Outreach to be held annually, every February
*Age group? (not sure kung ano naging agreement dito)
*try to think of income generating activities to avoid donor fatigue
*set our real objective for conducting this activity


pardon me kung mas marami kong na-note na points for improvement kesa sa good points dahil later na lang namin narealize na kelangan magtake down ng notes .
in general,the result of the activity was good for a first-timer, considering we have a very limited time to prepare. kudos to everyone who made this activity possible!
