Finished
and loved it! Now reading
, hoping to finish it before the next shelf gets called for Bingo.

Sacrificial Magic is my favorite in the series. I loooooved that book. Chasing Magic was super good too!
Josie wrote: "Yay! I can't wait to read Chasing Magic! Might splash out for that one :P"I waited up for it to download to my kindle last month when it came out. I was so excited for it! I rarely re-read anymore (too many books on the TBR mountain) But I've been getting the itch to re-read the series.
Working my way through Kitty Norville right now. Almost done with
, as in I should finish within the hour and then on to
. Also need to get back to
and
, they are sitting on my bedside table making me feel guilty.
Michelle wrote: "Working my way through Kitty Norville right now. Almost done with

Finished
yesterday and started
. I'm about 30% of the way in and I'm starting to see why everyone loves Judd. Vaughn's still my favorite, but it's still early and that could easily change. Also trying to get through
. I love Vicki Pettersson and the concept behind this book is great, but there's something about it that I'm not completely connecting to. I'm about halfway through and I'm hoping that something changes soon because I really wanna love this book.
Paris wrote: "Finished

I also love Vicki Pettersson, but I've heard this book isn't quite up to snuff with her previous works. I've been putting off starting it for that reason....
Anyone here already read
? is it good?Just finished listening to
Btw, the audio books from Fever Series, especially the last ones, are the best I've ever had the opportunity to listen. Highly recommend them :)
Bleunween wrote: "Anyone here already read

It is not much but it gives you the general idea of the writing style and story.
I just started
on my lunch hour while waiting for the next bingo shelf to be called.I didn't want to put it down.
Cristina wrote: "Is it just me or does the guy on the cover of
[bookcover:The Summons: A Goblin King Prequel] look like Jensen Ackles to anyone else?"After I 'googled' Jensen Ackles (which sounds like so much more fun than it really is) to find out who he is, I can see the resemblence.
Cristina wrote: "Is it just me or does the guy on the cover of
[bookcover:The Summons: A Goblin King Prequel] look like Jensen Ackles to anyone else?"I can see the resemblance too but the image looks like a bad photoshop job as his head doesn't look like it belongs on that body.

we'll see how it differs from the movie

Jenne wrote: "Jeann wrote: "I'm currently reading

Haha it really does seem strange at the moment, definitely! First the drug addiction, then the strange ingredients for spells and the pokey little alleyways and people staring into windows, I kind of like it though.
I've nearly devoured the whole book in about 2 days!
Next up will be:
First 3 are for reviews and I'm really looking forward to them! I've recently joined a few challenges to help me achieve more reading goals and they are fun so far :)
Valerie ~ Val Hall ~ wrote: "Me think it's the face on the cover that got you interested more than the story Bleunween."LOL I'm always looking for a new series to begin. This one is always in my recommended list so... had to ask (ok ok the face also got me interested :p )
Any of you already read The Name of the Wind? I'm seriously in love with the main character so I'm reading this book bit by bit as I think it's a trilogy and I don't really want to say goodbye to him so soon.
Christine wrote: "I am loving (in a bizarre twisted way)
"That's the thing about Downside Ghosts it sucks you in a bizarre way. The characters have so many problems and really should be the bad guys but they're not. It works well in a twisted way. I can't imagine Chess without a drug problem now. I think it would take away from the story if she was to sober up.
Her drug problem still bothers me, but I do love Terrible :)Reading
while waiting for a Bingo Shelf :)
Tbh, I thought her drug problem would bother me more than it does. Don't get me wrong, I'd love her to stop, but I doubt it'll a quick fix - more like a long process filled with mistakes/problems. In a purely selfish way, I'm not sure how much I want to read about someone's self-control :/In fact, I trust Stacia Kane to keep being awesome.
Just finished
. The second half was pretty darn good. Team Death ;)
Josie wrote: "Just finished

Lol Val! I've always been on Death's side, maybe because I don't like (view spoiler)(ish, if you haven't read the first) in general and so I'm a bit biased. I didn't mind Falin in the first book but I'm not on his team although I feel like I'm gunning for the "wrong" one. Anyway, if you're a Falin fan then he's not really in this one so you'll probs be disappointed.I suppose I shouldn't rush you to read it since there is no word on the next one :(
Just finished reading
5 stars! This trilogy doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's so original.
How's that one, Sandra? I've got it and it keeps poppin' up when I'm looking for something to read, yet I never have ... yet. :)Glad you enjoyed #2, Ames. I really enjoyed #1 and have that one TBR w/#3 on my wishlist. I agree, it's remained under the radar, but is definitely worth a read.
I read several freebies last night and they were all weird, but oddly enjoyable. LOL!
Not sure what I'll read next. Scopin' out my Kindle app for my next wacky reads.
Steph wrote: "How's that one, Sandra? I've got it and it keeps poppin' up when I'm looking for something to read, yet I never have ... yet. :)"I'm really enjoying Eve's
Our 2 H's remind me of Shelly Laurenston's characters :)
Just finished

Regina wrote: "I know the feeling! Definitely put your name on the list, sometimes libraries respond to the demand and buy additional copies. "Oh I did. Had to make sure I wasn't too far down in the list. I hate it when I end up being number 200 something. lol. Thankfully I'm number 6 on Demonglass and 15 on Spellbound. Now I just have to hope people read fast.
Cool, thanks Sandra. I'll push it up on my TBR.Regina ~ Yeah, they were entertaining in a WTF was that?! kinda way. ;) It's a good 'cuz they were all free. LOL!
LMAO -- free is always good. I had to stop getting the free ones, I was feeling pressured, like the books were staring at me waiting for me to read them. I still feel like I am missing out on the next big thing though.
Regina wrote: "My system won't list (for the print books) what number I am. I hate not knowing!"That would be horrible. I am so thankful that my library system does. I am so bad, I go to it almost everyday and check to see if I've moved up. lol
And just now on further inspection looks like even though there are 6 holds pending, there are 6 books sitting on the shelves available and one of those is supposed to be at my library so I'm going down there in the morning to see if it's there. I really have no patience.

Then, I'll feel a tad bit better about hoarding them.
Steph wrote: "Definitely! I'm the same. But, I haven't stopped grabbin' freebies. That's why I'm trying to make myself read (mostly) freebies this month. Then, I'll feel a tad bit better about hoarding them. "I really need to do that because I have a very sever hoarding problem.
Steph wrote: "Join us in the "Taking down the Freebie TBR pile" challenge :)"I signed up, I just really have to find my dedication to actually doing it. lol I have far too many not free books to read, but I'm gonna make it happen. Just like I'm going to read Game of Thrones this year too. (I have to keep repeating those to myself.
@Paris, one freebie in between Bingo maybe.I listenned to the audiobook for Game of thrones, great narrator while doing household stuff.

RM was great, I loved all the stories that were told. Afterwards I skimmed through Moon Called and it's so clear how much Mercy's developed and how much she's gained.
Scrifical Magic it was probably my fave so far. I should hate this series but quite the opposite ;)
