BTW I'm just wondering if people here know about the LitBlog which is dedicated to reading the Nobels? It is a really useful and easily accessible archive of reviews and info about the Nobels all in one place, and it would be great if people here could also cross-post reviews there, especially reviews of the less well-known Laureates and works in translation. To add your reviews it is probably best to copy and paste into the section that exists for some, but not all of the laureates. These are grouped around the decade in which they won. If there isn't a thread already created for a particular laureate, feel free to create one or ask me to do it. Please use the same format as the others.
Over here, the Da Vinci Code is the book most often to be found in charity shops, people read it and give, or throw, it away. I'm not sure when I'll be sufficiently desperate to read it.

Hello, I'd like to raise this topic again.I was wondering if there are any interested members here who would like to become members of the Read the Nobels blog? I hate to admit this but it is more or less dying.
I have just spoken with the administrator of the group blog and she mentioned some interest in reviving it. I thought of helping her out and what better place is there to start looking for new members than this group?

Oh Beth, I am really sorry. I missed your comment. Anyway, the blog has been off my mind recently. Let me rethink over the matter so that we can revive the interest in the group blog. :)
