I added this book. The author is a good friend of mine. I actually somehow have three of these on the site. The first one didn't have the description, I had imported it from barnes and noble. Then I decided to manually add this book myself so that the description would be there, but even though I uploaded a photo for the book cover it doesn't show up. I want to know how the other two can be removed and the correct one with a description can have the book cover added. Thanks so much for your help!

Whitney, we'd need an ISBN if you have it, a blurb, a cover, the title, expected pub date etc. If you can provide these, one of the librarians can help you.

I am having trouble adding the newest edition of my book Love's Fate. The first edition is on goodreads, but the link to amazon takes it to the page where the book is no longer available. I have terminated the contract with my first publisher, it is now out of print with them and unavailable through them. I re-released a second edition of this book. The second edition is currently available on Amazon, but I cannot find it on GR. I've tried importing, it hasn't worked. If I manually add the book will it link it to the amazon page for purchase? I want to pay for advertising on this new edition with the link to the appropriate buying sites. The new edition of Love's Fate has an ISBN-13: 978-1468163858, ISBN-10: 146816385X, the ebook has ASIN: B006WGBGKE. Please help! Thanks

Publisher Name, Date, Number of pages, and a link to the book cover that is not amazon
Is the description the same? If not then can you post a description also
For Love's Fate the publisher is Createspace pub date Jan 14 2012, 278 pages. The link to the book on createspace is https://www.createspace.com/3755265 does that help? Yes the description is the same
OK, I have added the additional details.The book that displays first will always be the one with the most reviews which may be the original edition until others read and shelve the newer edition
All the editions are combined, if you mean merge (remove the old edition) then no, we do not delete books once published especially when shelved and rated since users generally want the edition they bought on their shelves.YW
Hi, didn't know where to put my request.Since the change away from the amazon database I guess it's harder to keep track of upcoming releases. I am no librarian so I do not know what info you need to put up a next in a series on GR. There are two books that I cannot find on GR that I would like to add to my TBR pile. The info I have may not be accurate but I go by what fictfact.com tells me....so here it is.
Series already exist on GR:
Vampire Assassin Trilogy series, the second book, according to fictfact is The Duke's Blade (2012). Don't know if the Outcast blade is a possibility but that is what you have as a next book The Outcast Blade. The author's website is not really helpful.
Another series is A Land Fit for Heroes series, the second book, according to fictfact is The Dark Defiles (2013).
There is no rush since they are not out yet. I hope this small info is enough. Thanks
Re 18 - there is mention on the authors website as outcast blade being number two"He has finished The Outcast Blade, his second book in the sequence, and started work on the third."

Can you add a book from a link to librarything? It's one of several really wonderful Japanese knitting books I have. (It's all charts and pictures. The most difficult thing about it is the title.)

Done #30. It somehow got combined with a health book. Separated and corrected.
#28 & #29 - I don't think we're supposed to use covers from librarything.com, but I did manage to track down the covers elsewhere so I gave it a go. I wasn't sure what binding to mark them as so I marked that as unknown. I also wasn't exactly sure what went in which box as far as the publication information was concerned so I left those fields blank.How about looking at the links and letting me know what needs to be corrected. Hopefully we can have completely correct entry levels for them soon.
