It's called "Curves Smart".
My muscles are complaining after the two times I've been to Curves. I hope that when I get into shape, this won't happen.

I felt that I needed the exercise, mostly for my health, but also to control my weight. I'm wondering how may folks reading this have joined "Curves".
Curves is fairly expensive, IMO. They charge $39 per month. There's a $99 registration fee. If you don't commit for a year, they charge $49 per month. It's actually more advantageous to commit for a year because there is a way of opting out without paying for the entire year. You'd have to talk to them about the details.
I like Curves because it's a well-designed work-out and seems more structured than the other exercise plans that I've been part of. I also enjoy exercising to the music they play. It takes only a half hour to do the routine and then you're out of there, feeling good, if I do say so myself. (g)
