Ahm, publishing dates that range from 1999-2014?
There seems to be more off than just that duplicate HC edition?

I think people need to stop adding in the 1999 edition, which never actually existed even though it had ISBNs and a cover assigned. Whenever the book finally gets printed, this will be the first edition.
