This year I discovered ,
and just loved her. I've been on a voracious hunt for her books, and have read several already. Which I will stick with. Always
,
and a host of others.
However I also look out for new authors, and found this one. And started reading her series.
I saw some post for this author, and thought I'd do some research on her. She doesn't have many reviews on here or amazon, but thought I'd read it anyway. I can honestly say I am liking her stuff.
I was pleasantly surprised, there's action, steamy romance, and I've always liked myths. I'm on book 9
, each book introduces a new myth.

LK and Susan ( or anyone else that knows) what era are these books and are they even the same era?

is Victorian. I thought Rohan was supposed to be Regency (I haven't read it yet)
Lol oh ok I don't have a clue about anything historical. I find historical's hard to read but liked both of these so wondered if it was because of the era they were set in.
I'm working on
as this series was a wonderful new find for me this year, and I figured the holiday 're-visit' would be nice since it's Christmas time :)

I've just finished
and it's given me an appetite for more Shifters... Off to trawl my TBR list to see what I should get stuck into now...

I'm in a shifter mood too , have you found anything to read yet?

Miss Miranda Cheever is still one of my favorite JQ novels...it was my first, too! I hope you enjoy it!
Reading
, it's super cute and long which I'm loving. It reads as if there will be spin offs with other characters. I'm really excited!

"Elishia, I don't know about Ruthless - but I think Kit★ is right - it is Georgian. However, Soulless is definitely Victorian.
Isn't she great, Carrie? I almost love the Bevelstoke books more than the Bridgertons, Jenny! JQ is really fantastic.

"I have to agree, Carrie. After finishing
a couple of days ago, I want to read all her stuff.
I'm reading
which I got a while ago as a freebie. It's really good and angsty and full of groveling :D
Nothing can compare to a good groveling session ! One of the reasons I love Susan Elizabeth Phillips books is that they have the best groveling heroes ever!
I'm reading
and honestly am having a hard time getting into it. The main character's bickering is starting to get on my nerves. And it's not even flirty-buildup-the-sexual-tension kind of bickering/banter. It's grumpy bickering...at least to me it is ;)
I'm reading Fixer-Uppers which I'm enjoying more than I thought I would. It's been a while since I've read a simple, sweet romance.
I got so excited about How the Marquess Was Won that I picked up another book with a working class heroine
and I LOVE it so far!! It's very much in the same spirit and I just read it with a wide grin on my face.

I'm reading Rock Chick Redemption .At one point it got on my nerves so bad that I was going to dnf it. But with Elishia 's help decided to leave it for a while and then start fresh. I'm trying to remember what ~Megan~ once said about heroines in rock chick series. But I can't anyway Roxie is driving me crazy

They are all way TSTL and just make no sense to me with their decisions on what to do. I also hate how they always have some side thing going with the hero of the next book in the series.
