Lily shrugged and said "i suppose, but i havent had the chance to see him lately. He's been pretty busy. so has my uncle James and my Aunt Lily."

He got up too, taking her hands with a giant smile

She giggled, and followed him out.

Ali strode into the library. She motioned Emma to come over to her.
Emma walked over and sat down next to Ali. "Hi Ali," she said. "What's up?"
"Hi I was wondering. Do you know any good boys to ask to the dance that are open of course!"
"What about Rhode or Ash?" Emma suggested.
"That would be good. Thanks! So I heard you and Swaroop are getting married. Thats great!"
"Yeah. It'll be exciting," Emma said. "We've decided to wait until we graduate to get married, though."

Lily shrugged her cat shoulders, cleaning her whiskers with a paw as she said "I have no idea who im going with. i might not go at all, i dont even remember why i thought about going in the first place honestly"

"Come on, it'll be so much fun," Emma told Lily.
"i suppose....but i wont be allowed into the dance unless im in my human form" she said "it'll feel weird after so long in my cat form"
"You'll be fine," Emma said encouragingly.
Lily tilted her head, then smiled. "i suppose i will be. You'll be going to the dance to right?" she asked
Trase walked into the library waving at Emma as he walked by her table
"Absolutely," Emma said. She returned Trase's wave and turned to the next page of her book.
Trase sat down in a nearby table and began to read
"I suppose i'll go if i know someone there" she said hesitantly "I dont have someone to go with me though"
"You'll find someone," Emma said encouragingly.
"maybe" Lily said, not easily convinced "if i can get up the nerve to ask someone"
"Of course you can," Emma told her.
"who would want to take me anyways?" she asked "no one has ever seen me outside of my cat form before"
"Well, let them see you, then."
"makes me nervous to not be a cat honestly....besides, i dont know who to ask"
"You'll find someone," Emma said.
"Emma I was asking Daniel to the dance he said he didnt have anyone yet. Was that a good choice?", said Ali wearily.
"Absolutely," Emma told her. "He's a great guy. You two will be perfect for one another."
Trase walked over to Emma and Ali's table. "sorry to interupt, but i couldn't help but over hear you girls talking about the up an coming dance"
Lily looked up at Trase and said "are you going? are you taking someone?"
Trase shrugged " i don't have anyone to go with as of yet, so im not sure"

she blushed happily "thank you...my name is Lily by the way Lily Potter" she told him
"name is Trase, nice to meet you" Trase said bowing a little
she leapt from where she had been perched on the table and turned into a long-limbed raven haired girl with emerald green eyes. she bobbed a quick curtsy.
Trase stumbled back a step then chukled slightley embaressed. "wow you look even better as a human" Trase said with a wink
a rosy color flooded into her cheeks. "thanks" she said with a smile.
"any time" Trase said((i got to go talk to you later))
Emma caught Lily's eye and smiled at her.
Xavier strolled into the library, still frowning he made his way south of the room and sat down gazing at the bookshelves. The dance just crossed his mind and he thought about who he could ask..
