Basically, on your specific date of the blog tour, you will post either a review, interview, PR stop (book cover, blurb, product links), giveaway (if available) and/or guest post. Each tour is now 10 days long, but you are only responsible for posting (whatever you agreed to post) on your specified day.

Hi Amanda, yes we send out the notice and you decide if you want to host participate in that tour. If you aren't interested you don't respond to the email.

I just want to know how to prepare for it and what not.

Hi Justin

Once its your turn I will need a few things from you
1. your email address
2. copies of your book to distrube to the hosts who sign up for your tour
3. A media kit (I can send an example), its a page with the authors info, excerpt, links to your site, where to buy etc.
4. If you have a prefrence on how many interviews/reviews/excerpts you want

Also Justin, I went through mine and it's really easy. Basically you're just answering emails, giving the different hosts the information they require. They do all the rest. Sometimes you don't even have to do anything because they're putting the media kit and review up.
