Leah (msleahkaye) | 31 comments Hi I'm Leah, graphic artist and book nerd. I started working specifically within the book industry a few months ago though I've been a designer the last 8 years. I'm looking to promote my work, possibly find authors/publishers to work with and most definitely delve into books. ;D Come over and follow me on Twitter where I update frequently either directly or by posting through Facebook and Tumblr.

message 441: by Lilo (new)

Lilo (liloh-p) It seems to take so much time and effort to tweet and follow people on Twitter. Is it really worth it? I am a social media newbie. So far I am only on Goodreads, and I am presently trying to figure out how to install an author page on facebook. Goodreads has already taken so much of my time that I have no time left to do what I want to do, which is read and write. So I wonder if it is really worth it to spend all this time with social media. And where does this end? There is also Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and heaven-knows what else.

It reminds me of a humorus book I once read. It was about a sports fisher who eventually gave up fishing for collecting worms.
