I've been looking on the internet for inspiration for my pony, and I've taken a couple ideas and threw them into one. Is that okay?
That's totally fine. I actually had a TON of trouble with names, so I'm probably going to look at all the other Pony names from previous generations for inspiration.
Since you like Rainbow Dash, you could do Fyre fly (the pony MLP FIM'S Rainbow Dash's personality is based on)

IKR! Me too! I wish now that I didn't give pinkie pie to my lil sis. She was, like, a third gen pony and she was my first! I have this one candy corn pony left though... yeah, they were kinda cute, but kinda ugly too, in retrospect...hey, look at these comparisons, though, too!

I hate how Disney re-made Tinkerbell. I mean, in the ORIGINAL Peter Pan, she was all sassy and awesome, and she used her cute jingle belle noises to speak. Now she's all sweet and caring, and is basically a butt face. Well, she nice, but I imagine her as a butt face.

IKR! Man, We grew up like the same didn't we? I remeber those old Strawberry shortcake dolls...those kinda creeped me out so I didn't have any lol... Basically, when I was a kid, I had Barbies, Ken dolls, My little ponies, polly pockets, one of those leap frog or leap pad thingies, and those little plastic animals you get in those tube thingies. Now, I've seen kids as young as 6 already having a phone! Don't get me wrong, though, I love some of the new stuff. Like, Ponies and all the DS systems and stuff. I got my first phone at 12, and I was actually planning on getting one at 14! Hah, but anyways, I like the new ponies and the new strawberry shortcake designs and shows, but not the dora and tinkerbell ones. Yuck.

Lol, butt face. I really don't like her now...I thought she had a real personality before. Most of the time in the movies they make people all really nice and then the bad guys are just evil.

Yeah. I do admire, though, the animation style of the new movies. They are very smooth and have a very natural feel to them...

What Pokemon games do you have? I have Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, Heartgold, Yellow version (I can't play it because our Gameboy Color broke, and the cartridge doesn't work on a DS) and Ruby. I luvs Pokemon. I think I'm cosplaying as a trainer for next years Anime convention.

Yeah, I went to Youmacon (Michigan's ONLY anime convention) and didn't cosplay. It was my first year, so I thought I should take it easy.
The funny thing is, I went with my nineteen year old brother and my friend, and there were a TON of MLP cosplayers. I saw a Rainbow Dash cosplayer, and totally flipped out, because RD is my favorite.
Me, being surprisingly shy around my first anime convention, did not want to say "I like your costume". So my brother forced me over, and then was like, "Excuse me, Ms. Rainbow Dash, my sister likes your outfit." Only to find out that RD was actually a dude.

lol, I have no idea what any of those Pokemon are. I lived in the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum era, I haven't even played Black or White yet. Mostly because my DS is super old, and can barely handle the graphics of HeartGold version.

Nope. There is one reason for that; only Princess' are Alicorns (wings and horn), princess's such as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

Step 1:

(You have to wait for the ad to stop, and the introduction, but at the beginning there IS a pony creator. The only downside is that you can't add a horn or wings.)
Step 2:
Create your pony.
Step 3:
Take a screenshot of the screen, with your pony on it. Save it to your computer. Title it something memorable, so you don't lose it.
Step 4:
Upload it to your file on Goodreads.
*note:
If you don't want your pony on your profile album, find another way to get it to the internet. You need to have an html code for it, though.
Step 5:
Enlarge the photo on your goodreads account. It should take you to a webpage, but it should only have the picture on it. Copy the html code, or the "website" for it.
Step 6:
When making your character, simply paste the html code under "appearance". Your pony should be there. :D
