Yesterday I tried adding editions of two books that I own that were not in the existing lists of alternate editions. Nothing happened, even though I got the "book has been created" message. I had no problem with this last week; yesterday I thought perhaps my first attempt failed because I had just skipped the personal review, so I tried again making sure I checked the "I own a copy" box. The second time I thought I might just be checking on it too soon so I came back two hours later to find it still missing. I decided a bug must have shown up and would be cleared up today, but no such luck. Is anyone else having this problem? Have I exceeded some limit on new-librarian activity?

The Allingham Minibus and The Mind Readers, both by Margery Allingham. I just tried Tether's End, also by Allingham, and fared no better.
You added the first one three times:

I think maybe the issue is that you are expecting the added edition to automatically be combined with its fellows, which is not what happens. they have to be manually combined.
Combined and removed the duplicates. Happy New Year :)
My problem was that my additions didn't show up in the "other editions" or "change edition" lists, nor in my "books I own" list. (Since your response they do.) If I missed a step to combine them--if that's what I needed to do--I wonder what I did last week with my added editions that I didn't this week.
