She nodded and grabbed them then ran behind a tree and into a barn.

Hannibelle looked up as he yelled, eyes wide. She did as told, Rayne followed suit.

Dante blocked the fireball,freezing it with Excalibur and and kicking it way,shattering it.He looked around them,he looked at the demons crawling onto the bridge.

Absalom drew his sword,ready to make some damage.

Young West was changing when she had to form again. Her paws scraped the bridge as her wolf form grew in size. She growled as her fur took the licks of fire and blocked Absalom. She growled as she stood though the burning flames.

The demons swarmed,attacking the students.

Dante blocked the first,a hybrid between a bat and a small child.He sliced in half and spun,slicing and jabbing.He was then was tackled to the ground by a vampire that had managed to blindside him.

Hannibelle watched, until she was attacked by something big and black. Her eyes flashed dangerously. There was a flash of metal and a spurt of blood and the beast fell.

Rayne attacked anything that got too close, going straight for the jugular as his instincts propelled him.

Absalom attacked some random demon that was about to hurt West.

West attacked the vampire that had grabbed Dante, ripping it into pieces with her large teeth and then setting the body on fire, hearing the screams of the burning icy flesh. She turned and snarled, attacking the demons and devils.

She saw one vampire that remindeded her of one she cared about. One Vampire that had lovely silver eyes and that pale hair. The same scent as the other, but more blood thirsty. She couldn't fight this creature. Not with who he looked like.

Dante spun over the vampire and snapped it's neck with a swift kick.He spun,flash freezing the demons surrounding him and slammed both hand on the ground,chanting quickly.
Undead skeletal knight rose from the ground,taking part in the battle.

West nodded a Thank You then went to attacking in her mightly form. Her jaws ripped and shreaded all the enenimes before her. Suddenly, she was becoming over comming by the demonic enititys. She howled in pain as they bit her and she fought to keep them back.

They were like fleas in her fur though, constantly biting and hurting, but there was too many to be there.

Dante's knights began to assist West,fighting of some of the demons.They each used different types of weapons and different style,but they all fought as a unit.

Dante looked up and saw a large hybrid wolf.It had three scars on it's forehead.He had met the creature before,the one who slaughtered his friends.He lunged forward.

West suddenly howled. Her voice shook the bridge and everyone on it,c ausing demons to fall and run in fear.

The one creature remained.It struck Dante high in the chest with it's fist.It howled in evil glee.

Dante took the fist that struck him and swung on it,kicking the creature across the face and jumping back.

West had shifted to human, to weak to be her largest form, now fully clothed. She had her sword and listened to what the wolf said. "No!"

Dante moved in a furious whirlwind,slashing and stabbing.

The wolf blocked the attacked with its claws,slashing back.It the stabbed into Dante's stomach with it's claw's,the tips coming out his back.

Dante coughed up blood,gripping the creatures arm.

West took that chance as she lifted her sword and slashed down onto his wings. It could no longer fly, but it ran after her.

(I wasn't aware the thing had wings,but okay)
Dante looked at West,watching her at the wolf creature.He stabbed Excalibur into the heart of the wolf creature,it's body freezing up.

The creature roared in pain and threw Dante of it,howling as the ice still spreading throughout it's body.

"Too late"Dante said as the ice consumed the hybrid and collapsed as the frozen beast exploded into pieces.

West frowned as she stared down at it in her clothing that made her look like a male.

Dante coughed up more blood,covering the hole in his stomach"It's over"He said,falling over.

West gasped and took the old shards of cloth and wrapped it around his tomach, "You did good, sir." She smiled and put her hand over his stomach, using some nature healing magic.

Dante twitched and winced as the wound healed,begin to stand up"Thank you M'lady"He said,bowing

"No need to." She said as she looked at him with her weak amber eyes. The fight drained alot out of her, and so had the nature healing magic. She was about to pass out as his image swirled infront of her face.

Dante caught her as she was about to fall."Be careful,rest a minute"He said,looking at her with concern.

West fell asleep on the male. She was out, her body weak and yet heavy as she was limp and wasn't helping the man leave his spot.

Dante smiled,which he rarely did"My,she's exhausted"He said,laying her softly on the ground.He put his hand on her neck,feeling her pulse"Thankfully still alive."He gathered his own energy and lent it to her,trying to bring her back.

She woke up, groaning as her body was sore and weak. The first time in ages. Her long black hair was sprawled out around her as her amber eyes fluttered open from behind her raven feather-like lashes.

Dante looked down at her"Hey,you alright?"He asked,crouching beside her.He was shocked at her appearance,his voice caught.

"Ugh..." She said as she pushed herself up. Her amber eyes still told of her tiredness and weakness from the fight, as did wounds,bites,scratches, and cuts. Her lips formed a frown as her body ached with much pain.

Hannibelle, having shift in the battle, hung back from Dante and the girl. Her creamy white coat wet with crimson blood that matched her feral eyes. Rayne stood beside her, now dwarfed by Hannibelle in her current appearance.

"You," West said to Hannibelle. "Welcome home, sister." She said, noticing her wolf form. She then had laid back on the grass, letting her hair sprawl around her like an obsian halo.

Hannibelle nodded her large head, eyes sliding shut. She sighed, laying down where she was. Rayne moved to cover her from sight as she shifted and pulled on a shirt tucked away in his collar.

Dante stood,wrapping his cloak around him"I wonder what's happening to the rest of the school"He murmured,looking at the smoke.

Her legs had been scarred and bitten the most, along with posion coarsing through them. The posion would be out in only days, but she would still be weak until then.

Dante nodded.He looked at her and and shook his head"Lay down for now"He said,smelling the poison.He bit his thumb until it bleed and drew a symbol on the ground,marking it as a place of death.He looked at the dead around him and gathered power from them.

She laid on the ground, her body shivering from the icy cold weather around her.

Dante looked at the shivering girl and pulled off his long coat and covering her quietly.He began to walk back to the school.

She looked at Dante. "I didn't save you to let you get killed." That was West's way of saying 'Be Careful.'

Hannibelle sighed once more and got to her feet, buttoning the last button on her shirt. She glanced down at the ripped remnants of her clothes, torn by her sudden shift. Rayne nudged her bare leg softly, signaling for her to move.

She onnly nodded and slept under the tree he had laid her under.

Dante nodded"Good,let's head to the buildings before it gets destroyed"He said,running off.
