Tyler held in the spell long enough for them to get away.Spears of black fire erupted from the circle,spearing each demon and turning them to either stone or a type of metal.

Emil and Zora hid in force-fields of their own elements.

"It's..over"Tyler said,standing up shakily.The spell had required a transmutation circle,which was something he hadn't needed to use for years.

Klier perched on a branch far above the ground but with his hawk ears, he could pick up the sounds below him. People were fighting, and they were being really sloppy about it. He sighed... well, as much as a bird can sigh.

Zalia stood in a clearing, the moon blanketing her in silver light. She closed her eyes feeling vibrations of others around the forest, hearing twigs breaking, owls ruffling their feathers. She took in her surroundings, looking up carefully to see the Institute. She had traveled for days to get here. She took slowly steady steps, feeling the soil beneath her give way to her hooves. She took in the mossy scent along with the other creatures in the forest. She walked on making sure her foot falls made no sound at all, feeling the ground beneath her for every twig and leaf.
