History: Even as a young filly, she is just as energetic as she is today. Also the fact of her loving lemon lime soda. That's how she got her cutie mark.

Appearance: (I need to fix the picture, sorry.)) His body is a wonderful color of snow, and his mane is blue with cyan highlights. His tail is slightly curled up, but it's length is quite lengthy.
Personality: Usually full of energy, it's hard to catch him lazing about. Being athletic too, he can't simply stand around and do nothing but sleep all day. Everything he does has a certain rhythm to it. It's difficult for him to multitask, not saying that he doesn't have enough brain power to do so, but it's hard for him to focus on two things at the same time, making his priorities slightly off target at times.
History: Before he had his cutie mark, he used to be just a normal pegasus, attending Cloudsdale's Winter Flight Camp. On the day he gained his cutie mark, he crashed into one of the columns while practicing a few tricks of his. He started to fall, groggy from hitting into the column, and he spiraled downwards. Before he hit the ground, he extended his wings, and because he was near ground level, he effectively cut through snow that was currently falling and created a snowstorm. It did not do Ponyville much harm, despite it being a storm.

There was that constant stress of getting her Cutie Mark, so she could be on the same level as her friends. She was constantly working to get her Cutie Mark, but never got it. One day, she decided to f=give up on her Cutie Mark, thinking she would never get one. She went out caroling with her friends and found she had a natural talent for singing/songwriting. Some pony's say her voice sounds like bells, hince her Cutie Mark.
