Name: Glow Bug (Glow or Bug)Age: 18

Pony Type: Unicorn

Personality: Glow Bug is a friendly, kind pony, but she likes to keep to herself at times. She can be fun, and outgoing, but sometimes she feels the need to get away from everypony else and just spend sometime in her small cottage on her Wacom Bamboo. Glow is normally thought to be somepony can come to when they're troubled or down. Glow hardly ever lets her temper get the best of her while her friends are around, but sometimes she can get angry enough to leave and shut herself away. She's not very good and hiding her emotions, especially when she's upset. Although Glow is a tough pony, she can get upset easily, but she hates to be pitied. Glow is a rule follower, as well. She tries to stick to what she's told, and tries to please everyone she can. As a result, she's sometimes very caught up in studies or work. She strives to be the best, always setting herself goals, although she shares this with nopony-where she used to live in Fillydelphia, other ponies thought it unfair how she was always top of everything she could be top of, which was most of her subjects, excluding P.E and Physics. As a result, Glow Bug grew more secluded, but she didn't let it affect her work. Overall, Glow is kind and helpful, although she likes to be alone and works her hardest. Her personal motto is : 'You can't run from the inevitable'.
History: Glow Bug was originally born in Fillydelphia, the eldest of three children; Glow Bug, High Score, and Bubble Mix. Glow had many friends in Fillydelphia,Fish Sticks being her very best. After Glow had turned sixteen, her father got a new job and the family moved to Trottingham. Unhappy at her new home, Glow BUg promised her parents to stay in Trottingham for another two years before being able to move somewhere of her own choice. Glow Bug immediately chose Ponyville, were she could start fresh and perhaps get a job. She's looking for something creative-her talent is making things glow. Not only art, but ponies as well.
Cutie Mark: A glowing/shining dragonfly-thing. She earned it when she won her first art competition, as she had designed a piece that was made up of glow-in-the-dark paint.
Store: None. She's looking for a job though...And Skunk's shop is one of her favourite places to be :3. If there's an opening, she'd like to take it.

Personality: Although she is somewhat snarky and sarcastic, she actually can be a kind and caring friend. Despite her sarcasm, she still has gained friend due to self control (A quality many of her kind, pegasi subspecies, don't have.)She is very optimistic (although sometimes it is at another's expense) and tries to get along with the other ponies. Sometimes she can be very mischeivous, but other times she is very spaced out because she is psychic, a trait of her subspecies. Becuase she can see the past and future, she tends to hand out a lot with ponies studying magic. Overall, although she is a bit of a...troll...she is a kind and fun pony to be around!
History: She came from the alternate future of equestria a couple of years ago due to being exiled from her residence and throne called the UnderThere. She is technically a member of the pegasi, but is part of a new, unknown subspecies from the underThere, resembling trolls or goblins. Her kind, unlike the present day ponies of this dimension, are generally dark colored with horns and...well...different mane-dos. The ponies of ponyville seemed to fear her at first because of er-- frightening appearance, but soon accepted her as any other pony.
Cutie Mark: PsychicSpirit (The physical representation of her kind's psychic abilities.)

Drawn by me.Personality: Melody is a very calm, sweet pony. She is somewhat outgoing, letting her make friends very easily, but she often likes to be left in peace to write music, or play on her violin. But she can be shy when ponies praise her on her music. She is known to give good advice, more music wise. She is extremely patient whether it is trying to get a music piece right, or waiting for something to come in the mail. She does not have a temper, but when she is angry, she will let the situation go and calmly walk away. She is good with words and can talk to almost anypony. She can somewhat be a prankster. She loves to pull fun, harmless pranks but will take note of the pony she pranks to ensure she does not hurt them physically or emotionally. Melody is the leader type pony. She will step up and take charge of a situation if no one will.
History: Wooden Melody was born and raised here in Ponyville. She grew up with two brothers, Sky Build and Game Rim. They often picked on her nonstop, which led her to a small room she found in the attack and an old violin her grandmother gave to her for her 13 birthday. She practiced and practiced, taking lessons, and eventually she earned her cutiemark. When she was old enough to move out, she found a small cottage on the other side of Ponyville, taking her pet ferret Taffy with her.

She's light purple with orange and yellow mane and tail, it's kinda like Vinyl Scratch but DA has her own style (her mane never flips like in the show) she wears orange boots on her front hooves and green and red socks on her back hooves. She also wears a deep purple head set over her ruined ears, the head set allows her to hear but she is also good at reading lips. Her eyes are a light blue.
Personality: DA is a very sweet pony and ties to cheer others up. At times she can be upset and usually has her headset off so she can literally block sounds and others out. She is not the type of pony to upset because she can and WILL hold a grudge against you.
History: She wasn't always a deaf pony, she use to be able to hear like everypony else could. One day when she was a little filly she was playing around with some speakers, she accedently turned the volume up to much and blew out her ear drums. She was in so much pain that she pulled on her ears and ripped them off. They had a special head set made for her so she could hear but she was also taught to read other ponies lips. When she first saw them she fell in love with them, which is how she got her cutie mark, because of her head set she has became a wonderful artist since she can hear the littlest sound.

Personality: She is a very dark pony and stays away from to much attention. She is easily upsetted and takes a long time to cool down, when she getsvmade her eyes glow red and her pupils become spits while no white shows, also with her teeth it looks like she has fangs. She is always quite and doesn't hog or even want the spot light. If you get caught harming a pony that cant defend themselves and she sees it is the best way to see her demon side. If she is given the smallest amount of sugar then she will be bouncing off of the walls.
History: She doesn't know what happened to her parents and she doesn't really care. One day when she was at a party they had soda their and so Soul decided to try it since she never had it before. The nextthing she knew was that everypony was making fun of her so her demon side came out which was really bad, demon side + sugar= ruined party. When she finally calmed down she was still a little bit mad so she ran away from ponyville and ran to the everfree forest without knowing. When she stopped she laid down to Gogol bed and saw her cutie mark, she has been living in the everfree forest since that day.

Personality: She's shy, almost as shy as flutter shy. She knows rainbow dash and is on her team for winter wrap up. She's a strong flier, but not as much as the best. She always takes everything someone has to say into consideration. Once you get to know her she opens up, when she gets nervous she gets sassy. Everything is a challenge to her, if you say something she can't do she will do whatever it takes to proove you wrong.
History: she grew up in a big house, five brothers who found their cutie marks early. She got hers late, her mother ran a flower shop. She helped out sometimes when she was young. One day her dad brought her on a flying lesson, she flew faster then ever before that day. Her and her dad were drinking from the river when she saw a rose, black as night. She picked it up and it fell to ashes in her mouth. She soon went home and expiramented with all of the different plants and how they reacted together. The next morning she woke up with the mark, a symbol of her discovery on rare plants and flowers. She sometimes paints incredible detail on the flowers in the bakers shop. She doesn't mean to intrude, but a flowers detail just in trances her.

Store: Her parents run a flower shop, but once in a while she comes in and steals the plants to make different colors, for paints and other art tools.

She doesn't understand her cutie mark talent completely, it confuses her sometimes. Shes trying to understand all she can, she often wishes she had a different cutie mark.

Personality: Glim tends to be comfortable around ponies, even if she doesn't know them. (She grew out of her shell she used to have as a filly.) She is sargastic, can be mean sometimes, (if you find her comments offensive, which you should't because she always tells it as the truth unless she's being sarcastic.)
History: Glim was born and raised in Canterlot, though she never acts like it. She never had anybody to teach her proper magic, her parents being an earth pony and a pegasus. So on a daily basis, she visited libraries and book stores to teach herself as much magic as she could. She earned her cutie mark one day when she was practicing on the roof of her parent's shop and she was nearly knocked off of the roof as she shot a beam of magic from her horn. It lasted for a split seconds then turned to purple flames, and when she looked at her flank there was a matching purple flame that faded into her cutie mark. She moved to Ponyville when she was about 19.

I set up both the gala and garden part, but only the garden party is open. I suggest in the normal RP your ponies start to depart to the gala.

She';s an emotional roller coaster, but that doesn't keep other ponies away from her. She has a true spark in her eye, is quite intelligent, and has a skill in vanishing in the shadows. Some believe her to be a pony with a dark heart; legends have been told about her wicked days.
History: She grew up in Canterlot, though like Glim, doesn't really act like it. As a filly, she loved creating chaos wherever she goes. She pulls pranks on various levels, even now. She vanished from canterlot when she was about 8 in human years, and she refuses to speak of her time away. She came back when she was 14, and at 17 she moved to Ponyville.

We have a slight rule against alicorns (the use of both wings and a horn) so if you could change that up real quick that would be awesome.

I've seen this type of thing before: Ponies using the gems in bracers to perform magic. (I've seen very much while roleplaying on various locations) You know, like the one Beau has. :P (i have an obsession with Dark Magic and Necromancers. xD)

Personality: mostly he is a kind, a bit of a know it all, and brave. It’s hard to get him angry, but if you do get him angry, you better run for the hills.
History: unlike most ponies he had his mark at birth; it was the same with every member of his family. His family’s cutie marks are only slightly different, like his has sparks on the shield. When he was a young colt his family all went on a mission, no one knows how, but they all died. Princess Cylestia made sure he was looked after. He was offered the position of captain of the guard but he turned it down and said Shining Armor deserved the position.
Cutie Mark: his mark is a sword and shield. The shield has magic sparks on it.

lol i use this kind of thing a lot see i believe that we all have a connection to other realms, all works of fiction are a view of this connection
Neat! I just like making fictional things. Except, not like escapism, It bothers me when people take it to the extreme. Like, sometimes, more often then not, it can cause problems in the person's emotions and take on reality, having an unhealthy effect on one's environment and physical being. I do enjoy roleplaying, but still, I balance the borders between that and my life. BTW, I dunno why I was jsut on a rant about escapism...I just wanted to clear it up that I'm not an escapist LOL

This is perfectly natural and healthy, to some extent, but sometimes people take it too far and begin avoiding things that they find unpleasant or inconvenient in order to 'be' in this fake reality. Immersive video games, like Role-plays, are some culprits. Then, if they don't get help with their addiction to these things, then they may become negligent to Hygienic tasks, work, and even become alienated to their family and friends.
