What Happens To Tessa After Jem?
date
newest »

This good, I personally want Tessa and Will to be together, but I don't want Jem to die either.

She can't choose both! One that really wrong and two it's unfair for the both of them!

Like someone really un-expected.
Maybe Cassandra Clare is trying to hint that it will be Jem but it's actually going to be someone else...?
Like Charlotte or Henry? Or even Sophie?

I agree with you that someone is going to die. It seems inevitable really...

I second that and i dont want jem to get hurt.

What if the immortality potion Magnus had been talking about in The City of Glass was used on Jem but a price had to be paid to keep him alive forever.... what do you think? Random thought so I'm not even sure it fits but it would be crazy!

has anyone else thought that tessa might be a ghost in city of glass? or maybe either jem or will found a way to be with her forever? it doesnt say that she is alone in city of glass, just that she talks to magnus. stop jumping to conclusions everybody!

Not Henry nor Charlotte because, well, if you have read Clockwork Prince you'd know.

She does come out in "City of Glass", Magnus talks to her and I didn't even notice :/

Tessa and Will HAVE to end up together, but I dont see a way for that to happen unless Jem dies.
*******SPOILER*****************
Remember, Jem and Tessa are alrady engaged and back then that was basicly like being married to some people. Plus Jem doesnt think he has time to fall in love all over again so it's not like he's even going to pay attention to the other girls, if there were many others to start with. I like the theory that Gabriel and Cecily end up together cuz that finally ends that whole hillarious but stupid thing between him and Will while also giving the modern Lightwoods their coloring. But back to the original point, Tessa and Will are meant to be together. He doesnt set her skin on fire for nothing :) Tessa has learned to love Jem out of pity, but is that really love at all???

I think Tessa should be considered a shadowhunter, if it's true, then yes she can end up with Will, if not, then the Clave wouldn't let any of this happen. And besides, Will is not supposed to die, or there would be no Jace. So Tessa is probably going to end up with Jem, although I love Will more than Jem.
Ms. Clare taught me to expect the unexpected, like what happened with TMI series..

Exacty! I was waiting for someone else to realise that! (I'm talking about the last part btw). Cassanda Clare said something about how she could be a ghost in her FAQ on her website. And I also agree with the fact that somehow Jem or Will may have found a way to live forever, if Tessa is not a ghost.

Yeah, totally see the point there. That would be hillarious :) More fuel for the Gabriel/Will thing. Ooooh and if Sophie and Gideon get together, then Will will be related to Sophie :)IF all this happens. IF IF IF...... I WANT CLOCKWORK PRINCESS!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Even though I really don't want Jem to die, I'm really hoping this comes true, Will and Tessa HAVE to be together!!
I hope there will be drama between Cecily and Tessa, that would be so funny.

If Cecily is anything like Will, which I'm pretty sure Ragnor Fell said she is, there probably will be lol

I think we will need tissues aplenty when this book is finally released!

Jem will either most likely end up seeing how distracted both off them are, and pushing his own feelings aside ends up calling it off..
Or he will come in contact with some kind of psychic that ends up telling him Tessa & Will where made for one another and it's her destiny :)
One thing is for sure.. it's leaving us hanging with a lot of questions!!!!

Tessa will get taken from Jem and Will by the Magister and in the process of her getting taken, Jem learns what Will feels for Tessa by his words and actions while trying to get her back. In the midst of rescuing her, Jem will get killed in the fighting. Not by his illness. Then Will, feeling so lonley after his parabati dies (since that is the forshadowing by Magnus about Parabatai dying and the what would happen to the remaining partner), he blames the whole situation on Tessa when she is rescued and she hears the news of Jem. After that Will leaves and Tessa is alone to bring about The City of Glass incident.
That's what im thinking atleast. Any thoughts?
