Where could I ask for a Spanish translator for a biography in English?

I translated it in French. It'll be published soon.

But the author can only give around 3-4% of the sales for the translator.

The people posting here are not translators and the thread is to help librarians manage the database. For issues like this you might want to consider posting in the Author group or one of the many groups on goodreads that are created to help authors.
