It is my belief that as authors become better educated in the areas of web design, marketing, blogging and very few other key we can sell our own books to a massive audience.
Where would physical bookstores stand in this?

Candace Mountain (candacemountain) | 11 comments I think Amazon is doing a good job of destroying the brick and mortar bookstores. It is inevitable that hard copies will become more of an order on demand product which in my opinion is not entirely a bad thing because it moves the traditional authors closer to the indy authors and begins to level the playing field.

I agree Candace. I think it's vital that we level the playing field so that more interesting stories can make it into the mainstream :)
