Yeah it's weird :/ they don't want to give people a chance anymore but you know what I hate the most is that people who have the knowledge and experience say like my hubby but he gets paid do much more less than a kid coming out of university with no knowledge of how the industry works but gets paid more because he had a diploma and you know what's even more funny that person needs my husbands help and to be trained by him WTF!!!! Pisses me right off!!!!
