I am not sure if it is really orgy like but Emma Holly does some interesting things especially with Fairyvilleit has both m/m and m/f/m. I also like Jet Mykles who writes m/m and I think the elves series maybe more m/f/m than f/m/f. Finally there was Daughters of Terra

Sorry erotica is not really my thing and normally it irritates me because the plot is so weak. Did you check amazon?
