What do you think about Nuclear and coal power? Should we replace coal with nuclear, or do you think Nuclear power is worse than coal?

Just a debatable thought for some to ponder.!
But I agree. Nuclear is far too widely known for radioactive disasters and explosions to be stably used in a controlled environment. It has bad connections with each of the elements in itself.

I wouldn't know the inventor either, though. I lack knowledge of who invented what, unfortunately! Do you know anyone that uses solar power to lower their household? I don't, but I think everyone should convert to this new-ish type of energy source. It has a lot more chance of being less dangerous and more people would be using less coal and wasting valuable resources.

It's also alarming how the Great Barrier Reef had passed below the 15% mark of living coral not eroded, bombarded by anchors and ships, and the inevitable plastic.

I find it sad how people can't pick up their rubbish, before it does some serious damage to the wildlife, both on land and in the sea.No matter which country you travel to, there would be a continuous rise in discarded rubbish upon the train tracks, plastic water bottles piled high in some ditch or other. It is, truly, sad.

While we help pick up rubbish, you people help multiply the amount of breathable air. I think those are the most equal helps to the planet as can be done single-handedly.

Also, in answer to your question, out of the two options you mentioned coal would be the lesser of two evils. Nuclear power is simply too dangurous. We'd destroy ourselves.

But we had that discussion during class that day, so I found curious about other people's opinions. I wonder, is there any down sides to solar energy?
I mean, sure it is the use of the absorbed heat from the sun and air, but does it have consequences? It's been on my mind for a while. Personally, I think it has no flaws visible at the moment right now.
