Sorry, Anonymous! I've been having computer trouble for the past week or so.

Your question's a good one, and to tell you the truth I can't answer it for certain. People sort of ceased commenting a while back once that first great Summer ended. The only way to reactivate the spirit is for folks to began regularly commenting again. None can do it on their own.
