Delilah picked it up on the first ring, not looking at caller ID. "Hello?"

She smiled at the sound of his voice. "Why hello. What's up?"
He smiled at the sound of her boice. "Well currently its the roof."
She chuckled, "No way really? Same for me!" she said in a sarcastic teasing voice

"Yep, he has a whole apple orchard."
