Zach headed out, he had his car keys.

She was silently glad he was coming. She got her phone out and phoned her parents, but their phones were off. She sighed and looked to Zachary when he came out.
She shook her head, staying silent as she got in his car after he did.
He started the car and held her hand while he drove. "He's going to be ok."
She absent mindedly.squeezed his hand, still staying silent, knowing that if she said anything tears would fall. She looked out the window instead.
He parked the car once theyr were there.
She got out and went inside, not bothering to wait for him
She waited for him at the entrance, and once he was in, she grabbed his hand lightly and tried to find her parents.
He held her hand tightly also, he walked around then decided to ask someone.
The person he asked pointed them in the right direction. Lily soon saw her parents, and Billy who was a family friend around 19 years old. She dropped Zach's hand and went over to her parents and hugged them both when she saw their faces. She then hugged Billy tightly as well.
Zach slowly walked over, he waited for answers.
Billy kept a protective arm around her waist as she turned to look to her parents. "H-hes in a coma." Her mother said softly. She nodded, tears in her eyes.
Zach stayed where he was, he almost glared at Billy, not liking that he had his arm around his girl.
Lily looked up to Billy, and he released his hold on her. She went over to Zachary and hugged him tightly as her parents starred talking about some stuff
Zach hugged her back, he kissed her forhead. "Baby its ok."
She shook her head, trying not to cry. "No it isn't," she whispered, not letting go of him.
He held her closer to him. "He will get out of this."
"What if he doesn't?" she asked quietly, looking up to him sadly.
She hid her face in him, tightening her grip on him. And even though she didn't want to, she ended up crying.
Her mom looked over to him, and mouthed thank you to him. Billy said his byes and left.
Her parents sat down. Lily, however, didnt want to sit down, cause that meant leaving the comfort of Zach's arms.
She rested her head on his shoulder, "Thank you for coming," she whispered.
She closed her eyes, wrapping her arms around him. "He's gonna be ok..." she whispered to herself over and over, making a few tears fall.
I love you," she whispered quietly to him without even knowing she said it.
Zach smiled, he kissed her cheek. "I love you too."
She opened her eyes and looked up to him, "You do?" she asked, as if it were really unbelievable.
She smiled a little and kissed him softly. "Good,"
She hugged him and rested her head back on his shoulder. She really wasn't expecting him to say it back.
He smiled holding her close. It felt good to let her know he really loved her.
She started drifting off to sleep as she sat there.
After Delilah was asleep, a doctor came out and talked with her parents. Her mom immediately started crying.
Zach looked up to her. "What?" He asked not waking Lil.
"He didn't make it," her dad answered.
He looked to him and almost felt heartbroken himself. "Are they sure?"
Her dad nodded sadly, looking back to her mom who was still crying.
He looked down to Delilah and frowned, shaking his head.
Somehow, she had slept through the conversation, not having a clue what was going on.
Zach felt a few tears in his eyes for her, she just lost her other brother.
She woke up, and when she saw the few tears in his eyes, her heart stopped. "What happened?" she asked, scared of the answer.
