Please combine versions of Doubt and Reassurance

I look forward to continuing my positive experiences with my new GoodReads membership by making this request to combine editions of my books.

I just added the e-book versions of two of my books, "Doubt and Reassurance Volume I" and "Doubt and Reassurance Volume II". I will much appreciate your assistance in combining the print and e-book editions for these two books. Note: Volumes I and II remain separate! It is only the print and e versions within volumes I and II that get combined.
