Sindelian tried to catch up with Scorch as she ran out of the Tower, but lost her after several flights of stairs. "D'arvit!", Sindelian yelled. Why can't I just keep her here for more than 12 hours? Sindelian thought this as he began the descent down the many flights of stairs to the ground floor. Alright, let's go find her. I'm not going to bring any other magicians with me this time because it will probably just scare her off again. So I go alone. Sindelian walked out the doors and into the night. After a few minutes of searching, He located a set of tracks going away from the Tower. That must be her, He thought. With a murmured spell, he turned invisible and began moving down the set of tracks. After several minutes he came to the clearing where he spotted Scorch, Inglades, Shaya and another Dark Elf whom he was not familiar with. He decided to listen to the conversation for a couple of minutes in the hopes that he might hear an un-biased conversation.
Sindelian sighed and wondered if he would ever be able to evade her Sprite senses. Sindelian emerged from tree cover and removed his invisibility spell. "Greetings Sir Inglades, Lady Scorch and Shaya.", he said with a bow.
"How are Sir Knight? You still look poor."
"I tire of these games we play. Tell me what it is that makes you so uncomfortable, and what I have done to earn such scorn." The question was directed at Scorch and Inglades.
"Very well, Sir Knight. What shall we do?", Sindelian asked rather cynically.
"And Scorch, why do you despise me so? All I have done is help you. I have done nothing to deserve such treatment, and I do not appreciate it! I almost died fighting the Demon Lord!"
Scorch shook her head. "It's not you, Sindelian. In fact, I consider you one of my closest friends."
"Then why do you run away every chance I get to begin your training? I only wish to teach you, it is my duty to do so, but you are making it difficult to start."
"Reinforcements? From the Knights?", said Sindelian to Inglades.
"Hmmm, interesting... I suppose It could be done if you had an escort... And it is simple to move Du Varden's training to travel mode. I think it would work, if we all can come."
"Excellent! We now have a purpose! Inglades, if you are agreeable, let us return to the Tower to rest for a night and we will set off next morning. How about it Scorch? And it is O.K. to talk. I'm not going to curse you or anything.", said Sindelian with a half-smile.

"Whoah!" Shaya yelled suddenly, "I was forgotten in all the "excitment" here that has gone one the past few days after leaving hte deamons layer, so who are you?" Shaya pointed to Sindelian.
"I am a Lord of Magic. A powerful sorcerer from the Tower of High Sorcery in this forest. I am also dedicated to helping Scorch with her quest to save the world. I am especially proficient in cloaking magics and elemental powers. Does that answer your questions?"
"Why would Scoarch need to save the world?" Shaya highly aware she was being annoying smiled sweetly waiting for hte answer.
"Scorch, you should head back to the Tower to get some rest. Shaya, Scorch is the savior that has been prophisised by Alantar the Great. She has innate magical power that no other magician has, even me. She will be the one to defeat the "Demon Lord", as you call him.
"Oh way ot go Scoarch," Shaya said. "What fun that will be, a creature powerfull enough to make up leave the palace with out even really getting any where near him." Shaya paused for a minuet, "Yeah I dont see how that will work."
"I don't understand, you are not making any sense."
"Yeah I tend to do that," Shaya said sighing, "Well in the first place we, being Erica, Inglades, Eragon and my self, Scoarch I have no idea when you popped into our little group, any way we entered the tower and pretty much a weird force came before we even face the deamon lord and we were out of the castle very quickly, and by then I think Scoarch was with us."
Shaya scrunched her face up.
"You know what just ignore me Im making my own head hurt."
Shaya scrunched her face up.
"You know what just ignore me Im making my own head hurt."
"And apparently making Scoarch angry," Shaya said taking a step back.
"I am just trying to help. If I hadn't intervened, you would all have been killed by Du Anglat. Do you resent my intervention?"
"Actually yes." Shaya hissed. "Let fate fall where it wants."
"What?" Shaya said spinning to Scoarch. She had seen her fingering her knives.
"Well, if you don't like it, I could just send you back.", said Sindelian while reaching into the folds of his robes and grabbing hold of something.
