"But it is. I let myself slip into a being that knew nothing because of pain and so I started forgetting.

((Mike, you got the Devil's post!))
The spirit watched emotionless at the sceane before her. She finally made to duck under the water, but first she looked at Anubis and said something. He looked graven when he heard it, but said nothing back as she dissappered.

Anubis took a sidelong glance at the pool before following the others.
"Are you ok?", he asked Pine. She seemed uneasy.

Anubis grimiced.
"Do I have to? These people don't like me at all, and I don't see any reason to suck up to them anymore. And besides, Inglades comforted her enough for the whole group." Anubis smiled.
He probably should have said the last part, but he wasn't about to regret it any time soon.

"I will be happy as long as Anubis stays at a five foot distance of me!" Shaya said to Anubis, then turning away she asked the rest of the group, "Which way are we going?"
"Ok," Shaya said. "Lets get going!"

((you're welcome for moving it along... unless someone has ideas for before they get there...?))
Shaya saw that Pine was about to saw somthing but she closed her mouth. Shaya walked up ahed quickly. Tears burned her eyes as a memory flashed through her.

Pine paced the hill restlessly, not being able to sleep. Nerves were making her all jittery, just below them was where she would get her revenge for part of her home being burned.

Shaya lay father away from the group, no one had noticed but the tears had not stopped. Her mother haunted her. Her mathers name was Serona, named after a plant, and all Shaya saw was that plant, the smell her mother left behind always lingered around her, and the winds seemed to whisper to Shaya in Serona's voice.
Frusturated Shaya stood up, and began walking.
"I'll be back." She mubled not wanting to reveal how close she was to wanting to lay down and never get up.

"What Erica?" Shaya heard Erica following her, so she stopped, her voice was shaky and a mess.
Anubis watched as the two girls left and rolled his eyes silently. He couldn't understand what everyones problem was.
Everyone kept fighting or have critical-life-changing moments right before his eyes. He hadn't seen so much crying since the last time he killed a family of humans. [Good times, good times:]
It wasn't normal. Why couldn't they just go to the waymeet with out so many distractions.
But it was impossible for Anubis to understand such things. So instead of trying, he rolled his eyes.

Pine looked past Eragon, waiting for a response, and say Shaya and Erica going off into the forest, everyone seemed to be having a rough time now. She understood, but she wished that everyone would be at their full strength to fight, the thought that a lot of the people in the group were going to be depressed while fighting made her stomach turn over.

Anubis said, "Bite me", like he always did, but he was still grateful.
At least Inglades wasn't threatening to decapitate him anymore.
"The deamon master knows were coming."

"Have courage, my friend," Anubis grinned.
((And Anubis is supposed to be bad-ass. The only way he can do that without hurting anyone is being a sarcastic jerk))

Anubis mocked Eragons word then said, "I highly doubt that."
