I updated my nook color no problem today. Some nice upgrades.

I had no issues with the upgrade and love the new features.

I didn't have any issues with the upgrade but I did notice that the quick nav shortcut arrow that used to be on the bottom of my home screen is gone. Now you have to hit the "n" at the bottom to bring up the quick nav. I don't think I like it...I miss the touch screen option.

Love the new update so happy they made it so we can watch movies too!! It will take getting use to though cause everything is so different!

i noticed after my upgrade that i have to swipe to unlock it several times now befire it unlocks and there's a wierd lock/unlock symbol that pops alover my screen randomly. UGH!

my sister found that and it took her a while to be able to unlock her nook but so far i haven't seen the little lock symbol

Yeah I havent seen that either, wierd!

but whatever you do she said don't click on it. lol it took her forever to find out how to unlock it cause sometimes it shows up some times it dose not.. Beware of the lock symbol hehe

I saw the little lock symbol too but I decided it was best to stay away from it! lol. I am excited at how the graphic novels look.

The little lock just locks the page while reading if you don't want it to switch views when you set it down.

I really like the new layout and features of the font/color pop up. In my house an extra netfilx option is always good! I have noticed that the unlock slider seems a little difficult tho. I thought it was just cause my hands get so cold in the winter that is wasn't reading my touch.

my unlock slider was working easier last night. It still freezes more now with the update than ever before. :( although i do love now how it tells you # of pgs left in each chapter. :)

Yes just the nook color.
Oh and sadly i touched the lock icon and now cant get it unlocked.
Argh! I was in a really good part of my book too.

Well I figured it out. I just layed it down and it seemed to fixed it. Wierd!

Love the new updated version on the Nook Color. Having Netflix is awesome.
I did have problems with unlocking where I had to slide few times before it worked. The home page froze on me once too. Turning the Nook off and then turning it back on seemed to fix it. The lock icon that you see at the bottom of the page appears only when you are reading a book. It can be used to prevent the screen from switching back and forth from landscape to potrait.
Well, with all the updates, Nook color is almost same as the Nook Tablet.
