This title shows up only in European bookstores and hasn't been taken down yet. I'm wondering if a) it is actually a book b) why it's only in European bookstores c) if a) is true, who it is about.

For those who think that it might be Lothaire published as paperback, it isn't. Lothaire in paperback already has a publish date set for August.
