William Graney | 21 comments I made Bourdain's roast chicken last weekend. Pretty darn good. I couldn't remember the last time I roasted a chicken.
I'll definitely make it again.

William Graney | 21 comments Yesterday I made the moules frites for the second time. The mussels are so easy and tasty, one of my favorite meals.
I like how he addresses the oil disposal issue in the book. I think that keeps a lot of people from frying. In my case I'm only making fries for two so it's not like I have gallons of oil to get rid of and what I do use will fit in a coffee can.
