Does having a book in KDP Select also restrict what you can do with a paper version of a book?

I'm planning on keeping on of my books in Select, but it's also the one I'm hoping to make available via Create Space/Hulu/Whatever.

No, Michael. Just e-books. You can publish a paper version via whatever you want and still have your e-book on select.

For what I heard, I would go for CreateSpace.
