Anne Mikusinsi (abghostwriter) | 155 comments Is it just me, or does it bother anyone else when they are reading a werewolf or other PR that in human form, these guys rarely have chest hair? I mean, really!
Am so sick of reading about 'smooth chests" ugh.
I mean, they are furry...

Anne Mikusinsi (abghostwriter) | 155 comments That's a good point, but still. The three werewolf brothers I write are furry in human form. :)

Good point, but apparently its more attractive if they have no chest hair. It is also possible they secretly wax or shave it off.

Carolyn F. I'm going with the secretly shaving/waxing thing that Angelia mentioned :)

I'm old enough that hairy isn't a bad thing to me.

Sandra J Weaver (sandraweaver) | 451 comments Nothing wrong with a hairy chest. It's back hair that makes me say, "Ewwwwww!"

Anne Mikusinsi (abghostwriter) | 155 comments Back hair is usually icky. However if I truly loved him, I'd make an exception.

Katya | 645 comments My dad was a hairy dude...he had hair on all his knuckles, his back, lower back, hips....oh gosh everywhere....except on the top of his head! That never made sense! But he was a great guy & Dad!

Luckily his kids took after their mom's side of the family!

message 9: by Carolyn F. (new)

Carolyn F. Thank goodness Katya!

Anne Mikusinsi (abghostwriter) | 155 comments LOL, sounds like my dad! My mom loved him dearly though, and I miss him a lot. :(

LOL Not me! He'd be going straight to the salon for a wax. If I have to shave my legs, then he has to shave/wax his back. I think that's a fair trade. :)

I would so have to agree with you, Rachel. I DON'T do back hair. My aunt is married to a guy who is covered in hair and we call him Uncle Hairy. I can remember her shaving his back. It was very gross. Maybe that's why I prefer no hair...They traumatized me, LOL.

I have to come down solidly on the side of "no hair". But then again--my family is part NA (Native American) and the men have very little body hair. So just the THOUGHT of a hairy man is enough to make me feel slightly ill. Not to mention--I was reading an autobiography of Clark Gable (what can I say, I LOVE golden age movies, actors and actresses) and read that he insisted on shaving off all his body hair--even when he was in the military during WWII, he shaved. He said that just the thought of the hair catching and holding sweat was enough to make him sick. I think that I was about 17 or so when I read that--and it was for an English report--and I've had that mental image to add to my own image of the males in my family and their lack of bodily hair. And yeah--I DID go out to the reservation to visit cousins and we'd go swimming there too, and none of the guys had much hair. And some of those guys were total STUDS too. (Fanning face at the memory.)
